ADMISSION PROCESS
Step 1. Electronic application - the registration will be open from 05 April 2021.
Step 2. Submiting required documents.
Step 3. Confirmation of admission – individual decisions issued by the University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Required documents for admission to bachelor programme:
- personal questionnaire - application form for studies with the candidate's signature;
- a photocopy of the secondary school certificate (with the list of grades) legalised or with an apostille;
- information about the grading system used in the foreign education system in which the candidate obtained secondary education, unless this information is specified on the certificate or diploma;
- translation into Polish or English of the diploma referred to in point 2, if it is drawn up in a foreign language or English version of the document;
- a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications for the candidate to study on the chosen programme – issued by the International Mobility Office upon request;
- photocopy of the ID card or other document confirming the identity of the candidate for studies;
- current color photograph;
- declaration of readiness to take up studies;
- photocopy of a document confirming knowledge of the language in which the studies will be conducted (issued not later than 2 years before) - candiates are asked to familiarize with the English language requirements;
- official confirmation that presented diploma entitles its holder to take up further education (at bachelor level) in the country of issue /eligibility statement/.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
The most common secondary school certificates that the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin accept from candidates for bachelor programmes.
Along with the required certificate we also require a specific grades and courses - please see: subjects and assesments required for admission.
If the candidates certificate is not on the list please do not worry - just contact us by sending your certificate for verification (available only during the admission proccess).
Along with the secondary school certificate candidates are required to present the Eligibility statement - confirmation that the presented certificate entitles to enter university education in the country under which educational system it was issued. You can use the template.
